Support
If something in EagerWorkouts isn’t working the way you’d expect, or you’ve got a question about the app, we’re happy to help.
You may find a quick answer in our frequently asked questions.
What’s helpful to include
- A brief description of the issue you're seeing
- Your device and platform (e.g. iPhone, Android phone, tablet)
- What you were doing in the app when it happened
- A screenshot, if it's something visual — it's often the fastest way for us to understand what's going on
Please don’t send us
- Your device passcode or any passwords
- Payment card details — these are handled directly by the app store you purchased through, and EagerWorkouts never needs or has access to them
- Any sensitive medical information beyond what's directly relevant to describing your issue
Managing or cancelling your subscription
EagerWorkouts Pro is an optional subscription, available on iPhone through the App Store and on Android through Google Play. It’s billed and managed by the app store you bought it from. In the app, go to the Progress tab, open your Profile, tap the settings icon and choose EagerWorkouts Pro — if you’re subscribed, this takes you straight to your subscription.
On Android, open the Google Play Store app, go to Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and select EagerWorkouts, or see Google’s guidance at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481. On iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and select EagerWorkouts, or see Apple’s guidance at support.apple.com/118428. Cancelling there stops future billing — it does not delete any of your data.
To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your next billing date. Check your subscription settings for the applicable renewal and cancellation details. If you’ve changed phone, use Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings while signed in to the same Google or Apple account.
Requesting deletion of your data
To request deletion of personal data we hold about you — including subscription-related information processed by RevenueCat — email support@eagerworkouts.com. We may ask you to verify your purchase, for example with your Google Play order ID or receipt, or your Apple App Store transaction ID or receipt, before we can locate and delete the right record.
Deletion and cancellation are different: deleting your data does not stop your subscription from renewing, and cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete any data we hold. You may need to do both separately. See our Privacy Policy for details.
A quick safety note
EagerWorkouts support is not an emergency or medical service. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency or need urgent medical attention, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional directly, rather than emailing support.
We aim to get back to you as soon as we reasonably can, though we can’t promise a specific response time.
